The Road to Oz – Ticket & Arrival Information
Thank you for participating in The Road to Oz! Two performances will take place at the Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16TH. The Matinee show is at 1:00 PM, and the evening show is at 4:30 PM.
ALL CLASSES LEVEL 2-7 & ALL HIP HOP CLASSES ARE IN BOTH SHOWS.
Show 1: Level 1 6:15 PM, Pre Dance Tuesday, Intro to Dance Tuesday
Show 2: Level 1 5 PM, Pre Dance Thursday, Intro to Dance Thursday, Intro to Dance Tuesday Afternoon
TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets go on sale on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2ND at 10:00 AM at the studio and will be available for purchase until 8:00 PM Thursday, December 14th. Tickets are only available to purchase IN PERSON, not through the portal. Seating for these performances are NOT assigned.
Tickets are $14 each and $18 each if purchased at the door.
Children under 2 and seated on the lap do not require a ticket.
Tickets will only be sold to dance families whose accounts are paid and current. Any occupied seat requires a ticket.
DRESS REHEARSAL FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15TH
CHARACTERS AND LEVEL 4 -7 CLASSES ONLY
Arrival Time: 4:45 PM
Rehearsal Time: 5:00 – 8:00 PM
SHOW DAY ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
All students must check in at the dressing room entrance upon arrival. Students in both performances must leave in between shows so staff can reset dressing room areas. Students must check in a second time and double-check if their dressing room has changed.

12:00 PM – Students Levels 4-7
12:15 PM – Students Levels 2-4E & ALL Hip Hop dancers
12:30 PM – Level 1 6:15 PM, Pre Dance Tuesday, Intro to Dance Tuesday

3:30 PM – Students Levels 4-7
3:45 PM – Students Levels 2 – 4E & All Hip Hop dancers

COSTUME INFORMATION
Costumes for the winter showcase are a “DIY” concept. Some costume pieces will be provided by DEAC and are listed as such on the costume chart. Please review the chart for any additional pieces families are responsible for providing. Do not buy items if you do not have to!
