PICTURE MAKE UP DAY WITH SARENAE PHOTOGRAPHY
Monday May 11th at DEAC
Start time: 5:30 PM
Three things MUST be completed to participate in Make Up Day:
- Fill out the Google Form. Link is directly below:
- Pay the REQUIRED $25 deposit directly to Sarenae Photography. Deposit can be paid via Paypal or Venmo.
- Fill out the Sarenae Picture Order Form in advance and bring with you on the 11th.
Failure to complete these tasks will result in your child not being scheduled for make-up photos. Make Up Picture Schedule will be sent out to participating families by May 9th.

RECITAL TSHIRTS
Review your dancer’s size preferemce in the parent portal for recital t-shirts, the deadline is 5/6/26
- Log on to Parent Portal
- Click on the Hamburgher (3 dashes) button at the corner of the Parent Portal
- Click on Account
- Click on Student
- Click om View Dancer
- Click on the Pencil Icon
- Edit Tshirt Size to indicate RECITAL TEE & the Size
Shirts are a Speckled light gray Poly/Cotton Blend from Bella + Canvas.

PARENTS: Order your recital tshirt on the Parent Portal under Events!
The Cost is $14 per shirt.
RECITAL FEE
The Recital Participation Fee will be posted to the Parent Portal on Saturday, May 5th. This fee covers your child’s participation, a recital T-shirt, and a professional digital download of their main performance. The fee is $62 and $18 for additional siblings.
If you would like to receive an additional digital download, please sign up under the “Events” tab in the portal beginning May 5th. Additional downloads are $12 each.

DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
June 8-11, 2026 at the Studio during regularly scheduled class times. Please arrive to class in your costume. If a student has multiple classes on single evening, arrive in the costume for the first class.
Tech Rehearsal Schedule
WEDNESDAY, June 17TH – 4:30-8:00 PM levels 1A, 1B, 4, 5, Teen classes, Hip Hop 1, All Acro classes, Hip Hop 5-7 & company.
- THURSDAY, June 18TH – 4:45-5:45 PM ALL Intro to Dance, Pre Dance & Primary Acro
- THURSDAY, June 18th – 5:45-8:00 PM Levels 2, 3, 6, Hip Hop 2, 3 & 5-7, Acro 2 & Up, & company.
Showcase Performance Schedule:
- Show 1 FRIDAY, June 19th at 6:15 PM – 8:30 PM
- Show 2 SATURDAY, June 20th at 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (Intro & Pre Level showcase)
- Show 3 SATURDAY, June 20th at 3:45 PM – 7:30 PM
TICKET SALES
Tickets will be on sale beginning Monday, June 1st at 4:30 PM through Wednesday, June 16th at 8:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased once the dancer’s account has been paid in full for the season, including June Tuition. Tickets must be selected in person at the studio.
ALL SEATS ARE RESERVED & ASSIGNED.
Event Tickets:
$18 Per Ticket * $20 Door Sales * $15 Ticket for 2nd Show
(Families Purchasing for Two Shows: Full price ticket for primary show, discounted ticket for 2nd show totaling the number of primary show tickets purchased.)
Any student not dancing in one or both shows may purchase a ticket for $10.
Anyone requiring a seat must purchase a ticket. Handicapped Accessible seating is available.
Babies under the age of 2 years can sit in the lap of a parent.
Tickets can be purchased at the door before the performance for $20.
